Consultation

Free, at our showroom or your home. We look at your space, talk about how you live in it, and review anything you've gathered. By the end you'll know whether we're the right fit and roughly what your project will cost.

Design

Your Cabinet Specialist translates your goals into 3D drawings using the same software the manufacturers use. Most projects go through one or two revisions. We expect that.

Estimate & approval

A clear, itemized quote — cabinet lines, finishes, hardware, countertops, accessories, every line visible. We walk you through it line by line.

Order & build

With your approval and deposit, we order from the manufacturer. Cabinets typically take 6–8 weeks; countertops are templated after cabinets are installed. You get updates at every milestone.

Installation

Our in-house crew handles tear-out, install, and a final walkthrough. Anything that's not right goes on a punch list — and we own it until it's resolved.

Questions we hear a lot

How long does the whole process take?

For a typical kitchen remodel, 10–14 weeks from design approval to install completion. The largest variable is cabinet lead time — usually 6–8 weeks of that total.

How much should I budget?

A typical kitchen through us runs $25,000–$75,000 for cabinetry and countertops, depending on size, finishes, and material selection. We'll be honest in the first conversation about whether what you want and what you have line up.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit secures your order, with the balance due on completion. ACH, check, and major cards (3% processing fee on cards). Financing available.

Where do you work?

Missoula, the Bitterroot Valley, and Western Montana — {COUNTIES}. Projects within about a two-hour drive of the showroom; outside that, ask us.
